I'm a Gestalt Psychotherapist and Wild Therapist and am passionate about supporting you, as my client, to discover for yourself your own inner wisdom and strengths.

Working to uncover our unconscious processes and integrate all parts of ourselves supports us to find our Inner Wild. With this knowledge we have more freedom to be ourselves without the constraints laid upon us throughout life.

Offering you the opportunity to work outdoors is an important part of my Practice. I want you to discover for yourself the power of support and connection from, and with, nature for psychological growth and healing.

I work mainly from The Retreat New Forest, Hinton, BH23 7EF which gives us access to their beautiful grounds, woodland and a lake.  Sessions are also available from the Coastal Practice in Southbourne, BH6 4EH. We can also agree to work outdoors in the New Forest or at Hengistbury Head.

What I Offer

As an experienced therapist, I offer a variety of services including individual therapy in person with adults, group therapy and supervision. I also co-facilitate retreats and therapeutic experiences in nature.
