For me, counselling is more than just listening.

Therapy can help you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe and confidential space. 

Maybe you have a specific problem or issue that's bothering you, or you are generally dissatisfied or uneasy with life. You may feel unable to cope,  in distress and overwhelmed. 

Difficulties can impact in many areas of life including personal and family relationships, and at work, school, college. Problems can even manifest through physical symptoms. 

Counselling can help you to:

  • manage depression, anxiety and stress in new ways

  • understand and express your thoughts and feelings constructively

  • consider and improve your relationships with others

  • feel more confident

  • improve your understanding of yourself and your problems

  • explore your identity and sexuality

  • appreciate your needs and responses to big changes in your life
